Very useful for fitting or removing BCRs (ball closure rings) and segment rings. Insert the pincer ends through the ring, squeeze handles together to apply opening pressure whilst putting the ball or segment in place, then release. The same process can be applied for removing balls or segments. Size approximately 15cm, can be used for rings as small as 1.0mm gauge x 6mm diameter.
