Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any pieces of jewellery that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. You may remove items at any time should you change your mind. You may find the following information helpful:-

Navigating our Site - You will find that our catalogue is neatly-categorised so that you can find what you want quickly. To help you, our catalogue includes a handy navigation bar at the top of every page which will tell you exactly where you currently are within our catalogue - you can click on any of these tabs to go back one (or more) level, or you may simply click on the 'Main Menu' tab if you wish to return to our main catalogue index.

Photography - Most of our pictures will display a larger picture of the jewellery by simply clicking on the image.

Choosing Your Size - If you are unsure what size to order, please use our illustrated Sizing Guide, as we want to send you the correct size first time!

Unhealed Piercings - Some items are marked with a symbol, indicating that they are not suitable for initial (unhealed) piercings. Please make your selection carefully.

After you have finished making your selection, click on 'Go to Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Note! Please ensure that the name and address details you enter into the 'Invoice Address' section match those held on record by your credit/debit card company - you will be offered the opportunity to have your jewellery despatched to a different address during the order process. After you have made your payment, a receipt will be displayed which you can print out and keep for your records.
Shipping And Handling
We are very well-stocked and the majority of orders are despatched within one business day, usually arriving at their destination a day or two after the despatch date, depending on Royal Mail. Occasionally an item may be out of stock, however we receive multiple stock deliveries throughout the week and should your order be placed on back-order then it will normally be despatched within 2-7 days at the latest. If your order is placed on back-order then we will inform you of this in your Order Acknowledgement, and we will also provide you with an estimate of the despatch date so that you are fully aware of the status of your order. If you would prefer not to wait at any stage, then you may cancel your order and receive a refund simply by replying to your Order Acknowledgement email and letting us know.

Once you have placed your order on our website, you will receive three emails regarding your order: the first will be an automated Payment Receipt from either SECPay or PayPal (depending on which payment method you choose). The second email will be your Order Acknowledgement, in which we will confirm full details of your order, including the delivery address, and which will also provide details of the despatch date. The third email will be your Despatch Confirmation which will be sent around the time that your order is despatched.

Once despatched, many of our parcels arrive the next day. Occasionally Royal Mail will take a little longer to deliver, but usually no longer than 2-3 days. The majority of our orders are sent via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service, meaning that a signature will be required upon arrival. At the checkout you will be given the option to have your order delivered to another address if this is more convenient (but do bear in mind your order could arrive on a Saturday). Either way, if nobody is available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail will leave you a card and will return your parcel to your local sorting office, where you should make arrangements to collect it within 7 days.

Non-Delivery - If your order does not arrive within 10 business days from the date we send your Despatch Confirmation to you, please contact us immediately.

Re-Delivery - If your parcel is returned because the address details you gave are incomplete or incorrect, a charge of £2.50 will be made to re-deliver your parcel. If you choose not to have your parcel re-despatched, we will refund the purchase price of the items in your parcel, however a charge of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover our packaging and postage costs.
Delivery Schedule
We are pleased to offer free delivery within the United Kingdom on every single order that you place with us. For an additional £4.95 we will ship to destinations in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Bahrain and South Africa. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please contact us to find out whether we can deliver to your country. Please note that all non-UK orders can only be delivered to the cardholder's address.
Back Orders
If one of your items is out of stock then we will immediately provide you with an estimated despatch date in your Order Acknowledgement. If you would prefer not to wait at any stage, then you may cancel your order and receive a refund simply by replying to your Order Acknowledgement and letting us know.
Credit Card Security
We accept payment in our online store by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Delta, Connect, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and JCB (if you are using Visa Electron, please select 'Visa' from the drop-down box on our payment page when instructed to do so). Our credit/debit card transactions are processed securely by SECPay Ltd - if you wish, you can read more about SECPay's Card Security. We also accept payments via PayPal - please choose either 'Pay with Credit or Debit Card' or 'Pay with PayPal' from the 'Payment Method' box during the check-out process.

Looking for the yellow padlock security symbol? Once you have entered your name and address details on our website, and have been transferred to either SECPay or PayPal's secure website for entering your payment details, the little yellow padlock symbol will appear at the bottom of your screen.

Non-UK customers: please note that all prices are quoted in UK pounds and that transactions will be converted, by your card issuer, into your local currency at the exchange rate applicable on the date your transaction is processed. If you wish to send a UK cheque through the post, then please make your cheque payable to 'Ouch! Body Jewellery', and post it, along with details of your order, to the address shown further down this page. UK postal orders are also welcome.

Guarantee
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. For hygiene reasons all items are despatched in a clear, sealed packet, allowing you to view the item in full detail before breaking the seal. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, simply return the unopened item to us within 14 days of the despatch date for a full refund of the purchase price (please also see 'Returns Policy' below). Returns are made at your own cost and we regret that we cannot refund any returns costs incurred. You should only break the package seal if you are prepared to keep the item, as unfortunately due to hygiene restrictions we are unable to re-stock and re-sell any item where the seal has been broken.

Privacy Policy
We never disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, and to store your details should you wish to select the 'Remember Me' option.
Returns Policy Your return must be approved BEFORE you send your goods back to us - unfortunately we will not accept any returns sent to us which we have not approved. To have your return approved, please send an email to returns@ouchjewellery.co.uk quoting your order number, and giving the reason for the return.

Once your return has been approved, we will write to you by email and send you instructions on how to package and return your parcel. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date we despatched your order to you (not from the date your return was approved). If a refund is requested then this will be processed upon receipt of your return (providing the refund has been approved). If you wish to exchange your goods then please note that there will be a £1.00 charge payable towards our P&P and handling costs, bearing in mind that we do send your initial order completely free of P&P charges.
