This means that should you decide that you do not wish to keep the jewellery you have received from us you can return it for either an exchange or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

For hygiene reasons all of our jewellery is despatched in clear sealed bags, allowing you to view your jewellery in full detail before breaking the seal. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, simply return the unopened bag (with the seal intact) to us within 14 days of the despatch date. Upon receipt we will arrange an exchange, or a refund, as you wish.

Returns are made at your own cost, and you must obtain authorisation for your return prior to posting your parcel back to us - authorisation and return instructions can be obtained by sending an email to returns@ouchjewellery.co.uk with details of your order number. Please wait for our reply before posting your return back to us - you will normally receive our reply email within one business day.
