Here at Ouch! Body Jewellery, good presentation is high on our agenda. We begin by checking your jewellery very carefully to make sure that it meets our high level of quality. We then give your jewellery a gentle polish with a soft cloth before placing it into a clear, sealed plastic bag so that you can fully examine your jewellery upon arrival. We are very strict with our hygiene policy (please ensure that you read our returns policy here).

Free Presentation Box with All Orders over £7.50

If you spend £7.50 or more, your jewellery will be sent in one of our gorgeous presentation boxes shown below, finished in powder blue and engraved with silver detail. Even though your body jewellery is small, you still need somewhere safe to keep it, and a reminder of where to purchase more body jewellery at a later date is always handy!

Even if your order comes to less than £7.50, you can still request one of our presentation boxes - once you have placed your order, simply send an email to presentation@ouchbodyjewellery.co.uk quoting your order number and we will ensure that your jewellery is packaged up into one of our lovely blue boxes shown above (sorry, we cannot send boxes out separately after your order has been despatched).

Even if you don't request a box, or your order value is less than £7.50, you may find that you still receive a box anyway because some of our items do need extra protection in the post.

Either way, your jewellery is then despatched in a padded envelope to make doubly sure your jewellery doesn't get damaged during transit. The envelope is quite plain ... apart from our return address details (no company name) on the back, and your name, address and order number on the front, there is nothing on your envelope to indicate what is inside.
