However, if your order falls into the other 5% then don't worry - we get deliveries in from our various suppliers around five times a week and we'll let you know right away by email if there is going to be any delay with your order.

Wherever you are based, you'll be pleased with our delivery charges: UK delivery is completely free if you spend £5.00 or more (otherwise it's just £0.95), Irish delivery is £1.95, Europe £5.95 and rest of world £6.95. Our 30 Day Returns Guarantee ensures that our customers have total peace of mind - if, for any reason, you decide that you do not wish to keep the jewellery you have received, you are most welcome to return the goods to us for an exchange or a refund, whichever is your preference.
