Despatch Times

We hold a tremendous amount of stock, which enables us to despatch over 95% of our orders within one business day. We'll also send you an email on the day of despatch so that you know your parcel is on its way to you.

The majority of our UK orders are despatched by Royal Mail's second-class service, and so once your order has been despatched you can normally expect to receive it within 1-3 business days. International parcels are despatched by Royal Mail's International Signed For service, and should arrive at their destination within 10 business days (see note below).

In the rare event of an item on your order being out of stock, don't worry - we get deliveries in from our various suppliers around five times a week and we'll let you know right away by email if there is going to be any delay with your order.

NOTE REGARDING POSTAL TIMES: Please be aware that delivery times are dependent on Royal Mail and, as such, the occasional postal delay can occur. If your UK parcel has not arrived within 10 business days (20 business days for international parcels) just get in touch with details of your order number and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
