With us, you can buy with complete confidence. We're pleased to offer our fabulous 14-Day No-Quibble Guarantee with every purchase that you make from our store. This means that should you decide not to keep any part of your order then you can return it to us, either for an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer.

For hygiene reasons all of our goods are despatched in clear sealed packaging, allowing you to view your purchase in full detail without breaking the seal. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted, simply return the unopened packet(s) to us (with the seal still intact) within 14 days of the despatch date. Upon satisfactory receipt of your returned goods we will arrange an exchange or a refund, as you wish.

All returns must be authorised prior to being posted back to us. To obtain authorisation and instructions for return, send an email to returns@ouchbodyjewellery.co.uk with details of your order number. Please wait for our reply before posting your return parcel back to us - you will normally receive our reply email within one business day. The cost of returning your parcel is your responsibility, and we highly recommend that you send your parcel by recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable if your parcel becomes lost or damaged in the post.
