Despatch Times

We are very well-stocked and the majority of orders are despatched from our premises within five days. We will send a notification to you by email on the day that your parcel is despatched. Occasionally an item may be out of stock, however we receive multiple stock deliveries throughout the week and you will be informed of any expected delay by email within five days of placing your order.

UK Delivery Times

Royal Mail standard parcels normally arrive at their destination within 1-3 business days following despatch. Please allow 15 business days before contacting us regarding non-delivery - Royal Mail will not consider any claims for lost parcels until 15 business days have passed. The majority of our UK parcels are sent by recorded delivery, whereby a signature will be required upon arrival. During checkout, you have the option of specifying a different delivery address if desired. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card and will return your parcel to their local sorting office. You should make arrangements within 18 days to either collect it in person or have your parcel re-delivered to your address (this can be arranged online on Royal Mail's website) otherwise your parcel will be returned to us.

International Delivery Times

Please note that we will only deliver international orders to the cardholder's address, therefore please do not add any other addresses to your order.

Our international parcels are passed over to your country's postal service by Royal Mail and normally arrive at their destination within 3-10 business days of despatch.

Please allow 20 business days before contacting us regarding non-delivery. The majority of our international parcels are sent by recorded delivery, whereby a signature will be required upon arrival. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel, your postal service should leave a card and will return your parcel to their local depot, where you should make arrangements within 5 business days to either collect it in person or have your parcel re-delivered to your address (you may be able to arrange this online, depending on your postal service).

Is Our Packaging Discreet?

We pack all of our customers' orders into strong, waterproof posting bags like the one shown below. There is no mention of our company name on the outside of the bag, nor is there any reference to what is inside. However, please be aware that our return postal address is provided on the bag, which has to be there to comply with Royal Mail's terms of service. If someone at your address was curious enough to wonder what was inside the bag, they could type our return address into a search engine to see what products we sell.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not been delivered, you must report it to us within four weeks of the despatch date. The despatch date is the date on which your order is passed from our offices to our delivery company. You will receive an email from us the same day to let you know. Unfortunately any missing orders which are not reported to us within four weeks of despatch will not be investigated/compensated.
