Making A Purchase
Our website is really easy to use. All of our product ranges are neatly categorised so that you can quickly find what you are looking for. If you see something that you would like to purchase, just add it to your basket. You can review your basket at any stage simply by selecting 'View Cart' at the top of the page. When you have everything that you require in your basket, select 'Checkout' at the top of the page where you will be asked to enter some details to enable us to process and deliver your order. After you have successfully made your payment, your order will be submitted to us and you will receive an automated email from us a few minutes later. You may need to check your junk/spam folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox - if this is the case, and to ensure that you receive all subsequent email updates relating to your order, you should add orders@(our domain name) to your safe list/email address book.

We are happy to exchange or refund any unopened item that you wish to return to us within 60 days from the date that we despatch your order. The item must remain sealed in its clear bag, and the seal itself must neither have been opened nor tampered with. Your return must be approved by us BEFORE you post your goods back - unfortunately we cannot accept any returns sent back to us which have not been approved.
