Silver plated nipple shield complete with a 1.6mm gauge 316L surgical steel barbell. This nipple shield is available in a choice of colours. To fit the shield, first unscrew the steel ball from the end of the barbell. Place the circle over your nipple and hold in place whilst inserting the barbell through your piercing. Finally, screw the ball back onto the barbell to secure the circle in place. The barbell features one plain ball and one jewelled ball, which can be positioned either to the right or the left, as desired.

Bar wasn't quite long enough for the ball to fit securely on the other side. Also jewelled ball didn't sit right in the fixture, I've had to replace the bar and the ball fixture
