Steel dog collar style nipple rounder featuring four fixed spikes and two screw-on spikes. To fit the rounder onto the nipple, first unscrew one of the spikes from the barbell and remove the barbell from the rounder. Next, place the rounder over the nipple, fit the barbell through the small hole on one side of the rounder, then through the piercing, then through the small hole on the other side of the rounder. Finally, replace the spike by screwing it securely onto the barbell. The gauge of the barbell is 1.6mm gauge and the internal diameter of the rounder is 14mm.
